What's New
Ergonaut Series Consoles
Our Ergonaut Series production control room consoles are the choice of those clients who require metal furniture for durability. We incorporate a 14 gauge tubular steel frame, vented front and rear access doors and a reinforced full-length equipment storage shelf with grommeted access to the floor. We then add a worksurface that has our optional embedded rail system for mounting monitor arms and other peripherals and "Wallah!" the most versatile metal workstation money can buy.
No Interior Obstructions
Individual freestanding base modules can be bolted together to create continuous rows that have no leg obstructions to restrict movement between sections. Cables pass freely between modules in segregated management troughs. Designer panels finish the ends of each row.
Sit/Stand Option
All Ergonaut Series consoles can be ordered with one of our Sit/Stand options. The options are: manual keyboard worksurface adjustable, motorized worksurface adjustable, motorized split-level (two surfaces) adjustable and motorized full workstation hydraulic lift.
Far Sturdier
The frames we manufacture are far sturdier than those offered by others. Our competitors create base frames like “erector-sets” in kit form. They utilize a parts list of angle iron, nuts, bolts and washers that require lengthy onsite assembly. The Ergonaut frame is TIG welded 14 gauge tubular steel. Ergonaut consoles arrive completely assembled which minimizes both the installation resources needed and down time.
Worksurface Support System
The Ergonaut frame system utilizes cantilevered supports strategically located to distribute the load evenly accross the worksurface.
The underside of the worksurface has been grooved so the support struts are embedded flush with the bottom to prevent knee knocking and snags. Our standard Ergonaut workstations have vented steel hinged access doors front and rear that are detachable without the use of tools. The doors are strong enough to carry optional CPU storage trays. The base assembly includes a perforated storage shelf with floor access.
Optional Rail System
The embedded rail system eliminates the need for a slatwall. Incorporated into the worksurface is a flush-mounted rail system for attaching brackets that fit all of the popular monitor arms, pole mounts and task lights. Mounting brackets attach above the worksurface which eliminates the need to crawl under the desk to attach or move the bracket. Simply position the bracket and tighten a couple of machine screws and you’re done.
A continuous grommet system between the rails allows cables to pass directly through the work surface into the storage compartment below.

Our Tempest Version
Designed specifically for customers that require Tempest required separation between secured (SIPR) and unsecured (NIPR) classifications. This design is unique in the console manufacturing industry. No cumbersome add-on cable management troughs that conflict with the interior supporting structure.
Each rail has two levels of separation and more than ample inspection plates for easy access .
